Shipping policy

Every order ships from the UK, US or Germany.

Most orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days, sometimes, although rarely, it can take 3 to 5 working days.

Custom designed magnets, apparel, drinkware or accessories can take 3-7 working days, because they're made just for you.

DELIVERY TIMES (after dispatch)
• United Kingdom - typically 2–4 working days
• Europe - 5–10 working days
• United States - typically 7–14 working days

Tracking numbers are emailed automatically the moment your label is created. The shipping options and prices for your country are always shown clearly at checkout.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES — OUR PROMISE
We send international orders with duties and taxes handled wherever the service allows. If you are ever asked to pay a customs or import fee to receive your order, send us a photo of the notice and we will work to make it right. 

DELAYS
Postal services occasionally have moments. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days (UK) or 25 working days (international) of dispatch, message us and we'll make it right.
